Digital Brochures
E-brochures let you increase your sales fast and easy and at the same time cut down your promotion costs by 70-80%
E-brochure is a great new tool to help you market your products and services. It has a 3D look with clickable turning pages and a readability factor, far greater than text on a web page.
The presentation method, embraces all the characteristics of a glossy magazine, with interactive features that allows the reader to communicate, from within the publication. E-brochure appears on computer screen and the reader can turn the pages to move forward or back through the brochure. All this with just one mouse click! Navigation simply can not be easier!
E-brochures can be used as catalogues, brochures, books, manuals, business magazines, photo albums, reports, presentations, newspapers, newsletters, menus, flyers, booklets, diaries, sales quotes - in fact just about anything you can imagine in hard print can be transformed into an e-brochure. We can take your existing publication and turn it in to a very user friendly, 3D page turning version, for delivery through the Internet.
The pages can include high quality pictures and any form of multimedia to enhance the reader experience. E-Brochures are incredibly easy and inexpensive to distribute - the vast majority can be emailed to anywhere in the world and can be sent to 1,000's of clients in a matter of seconds!
Benefits of having an E-brochure :
Easy to update - editable images and text - e.g catalog or photo album - where you can insert or replace your own pictures and text
Multimedia content (embedded sound, video, Flash movies, photos of products or services, text descriptions of products/services, price information, pop-up images, ...)
Smal sizes (kB) and easily distributed by e-mail, download or on floppy/CD/DVD
Good protection and safety
Simple use (navigation with only one mouse click)
Can contain quizes, tests, forms and surveys (two-way communication with customers)
Links to e-mail and website addresses, enabling communication from within the publication
Automatic turning of pages (perfect for presentations)
Share your e-brochure with an internal "Send to Friend" function
Your website is the heart of e-branding. A well-designed site requires more than strong copywriting, a compelling logo and attractive graphics. It requires new considerations for communicating with customers, prospects and suppliers in a dynamic, global marketplace. To develop a successful e-brand, we first create a "sticky" website, one that encourages visitors to "stick around" instead of bouncing to another site.
1. We find out your purpose.
Are you an internet brand or a brand on the internet? The two are mutually exclusive. If you plan to use the internet primarily as a marketing vehicle and you have a store in the "real world," then you're a brand on the internet. The majority of DIY website templates are made with you in mind. However if you plan to generate most of your sales from your website, you're an internet brand--and everything gets more complicated. We will hence conduct global competitive research, determine SEO strategies, investigate advanced shopping cart functionality, and forge other e-paths, like affiliate programs and partnerships, to get visitors to your site.
2. We meet needs "above the fold."
Like the text that appears above a newspaper fold, "above the fold" refers to the space visible on a user's screen before they scroll downward. Visitors generally dislike scrolling, so take advantage of this prime real estate. Convey what your company does and how it benefits customers. If visitors don't quickly see what they need, most will go elsewhere. Your homepage will be relevant, clean, inviting and real. This is critical to minimizing bounce rates.
3. Interactivity.
The internet lacks the "human touch" that builds trust in the real world. Interactivity, however, warms up the user experience, engendering trust. Interactivity is not just the ability to menu shop. If possible we allow customers to input requests and receive relevant information or suggestions based on those requests. Again, this helps you foster trust--a key component to brand-building, online and off.
4. Get to the point.
Your content is organized to meet customer needs intuitively and immediately. We envision the flow you feel customers are most likely to take, then place content using tabs and links accordingly. We keep copy bite-sized, interesting and informative and Avoid long, fact-packed narratives in favor of bullet points, captions and brief paragraphs. Finally, we work to convey messages visually as well as verbally.
5. Avoid hype.
A big advantage to the internet is how it allows access to lots of information in a no-pressure environment, one in which customers have total control. Traditional advertising doesn't work in such an environment. Prospects simply tune it out. The internet allows consumers to quickly compare product prices, variety and features. Hype destroys credibility.
6. Create e-brand standards.
These standards should consist of both visual and technical guidelines. Visual specifications include color palette, logo placement, graphic elements and typography. At a minimum, technical specs should include your site map and navigational structure, static vs. dynamic screens, and placement of additional buttons and links.
Overall, your customer's experience must be easy, fast and fulfilling. Online, there is simply no tolerance or time for frustration. Information should be easy to digest. Ordering should be quick and simple. Loading times must be virtually instantaneous. Everything should be intuitive. It's as easy and difficult as that.
A good portal should offer an attractive and usable default design which is not so deeply entrenched in the coding that it is difficult or costly for the customer to modify.
Sparsh strongly believes in a holistic approach to web portal design. A business-driven approach is required because different business processes require different information, while systems architecture and technology should provide for maximum efficiency.
Sparsh considers the following aspects when carrying out a web portal project:
Staffs in different departments require totally different and distinct data, which is about customization. Customization also ensures both that they do not miss anything, and that they are not overwhelmed with irrelevant information.
Different people with the same role, work differently, which requires personalization.
Collection and propagation of data helps in the process of making better-informed management decisions.
Users need direct access to the information required for their daily work while usability must cater to speed and user friendliness.
Business applications can interact via the Portal, (e.g. the skill-base information system with the Personnel database) and data can then be passed via the portal using federation.
For security reasons, users access the data they are entitled to with centralized control mechanism (single sign on, connect once - access everywhere).
Maintenance & Support
Any transaction-oriented web site would need to ensure that it doesn’t at any point stop functioning or throw up errors. Even if it did, it is imperative that the problem is attended to immediately without any delay. Doesn’t it make sense to have a dedicated team who is ready and waiting to set right any such problems that such an application encounters?
The information on your site, the technologies used to render it, and the expectations of your visitors change constantly. You only get one chance to make a first impression, and an outdated website could be perceived as a company's lack of attention to detail. This in turn will decrease a customer's level of confidence and trust in the business. People like to see new information and updates to your business - it lets them know you care about your clients and your company.
Secondly, search engines give preference to sites that update their content on a regular basis. If your site is continually growing with fresh content you might just be worth having a looking at. So remember to update your content on a regular basis and get more visitors to your website!
If done on an on-going basis, change is cost-effective, and can be managed carefully. Sparsh will gladly help you to update and maintain your web site, so that you can focus on your business and your clients' needs. Whether it be updating content or writing copy, adding pictures or re-designing your site. Sparsh will be glad to help with any of your web maintenance needs!
